Although the amount of car thefts that are actually occurring every year do seem to be on the fall it would still seem that many people are still doing it and obviously they are looking for a bit of extra cash by selling it on but is a stolen car really that easy to pass on?

Well the first thing that I would suggest you do is not panic, go to the nearest police station or simply call them up and tell them what has happened. The chances of you seeing your car again are actually pretty high because more focus is being put on finding people’s lost vehicles. Failing this something like gap insurance and bad credit car leasing will help you out.
