All too often, people who instruct the services of a solicitor fall into the naïve trap of thinking that as such professionals are trained in the law, they will only ever offer me nothing but the best, in terms of service. The next step for you to take once this process has been exhausted is the Legal Complaints Service. This is an organisation run through the Law Society. A solicitor can be forced to reolve the case in your favour if this body assess your case and uphold it.
